Mission
This website was created to act as an online audio treasury for
Master Hua’s lectures in order to repay kindness to the
Venerable Master and to fulfill his vow of propagating the Proper
Dharma. Master Hua’s lectures consist of Dharma Talks and
lectures on various sutras such as the Shurangama Sutra, the
Flower Adornment Sutra, the Dharma Flower Sutra, and the
Amitabha Sutra. Many of Master Hua’s lectures were recorded
on audiotapes. In keeping with the Master’s vow to propagate the
Dharma, we strive to preserve these priceless treasures by
converting them to digital formats such as MP3. Due to the poor
quality and deterioration of the tapes over time, the use of audio
enhancement programs are used to filter out noise and improve
the voice quality. Although we strive to provide the best quality
audio files as possible, there may still be some background noise
and sound distortions.
The lectures are available in Chinese (mandarin), Vietnamese,
and English. Our hope is that these lectures will be available and
easily accessible to all. After listening to Master Hua’s lectures,
you will realize how subtle, profound, and wonderful his
teachings are. We hope this will inspired listeners to bring forth
the Bodhi resolve, return to the Proper Dharma, and end birth
and death.

kỳ vọng rằng chúng sanh nhân vì được nghe Phật Pháp sẽ phát Bồ Đề

Trong Khai Thị 5, Hoà Thượng Tuyên Hoá đã từng phát nguyện như sau:
Cơ Đốc Giáo và Thiên Chúa Giáo được nhiều người biết đến và tin theo.
Tại sao vậy? Bởi Tân Ước và Cựu Ước đều được dịch ra nhiều thứ ngôn
ngữ trong nhân gian và hơn nữa ý nghĩa của Kinh Thánh thì đơn giản và dễ
hiểu.
Còn giáo lý trong Kinh Phật thì ý nghĩa tuy đạt đến chỗ viên mãn, nhưng
Kinh văn thì quá cao siêu, vượt tầm mức hiểu biết của người bình dân nên ít
được người tin theo. Do đó Tôi liền phát nguyện, quyết tâm đem hết Tam
Tạng Mười Hai Phần Giáo viết theo thể văn bạch thoại (văn nói dễ hiểu),
rồi lại dịch toàn bộ Kinh ấy ra ngôn ngữ các nước khắp trên thế giới.
